This the most shocking experience I have ever had in TV shopping! Customer care is non existent! I have spent over £400 in last 3 months or so as a brand new customer and then ordered a pair of black phornium plants and then the nightmare began! They cost me £44 and still not received or do I want them! Over a month now trying to get my money back and the response from them disgusting! Any other company online( reputable that is!) Do not use these sneaky underhand tactics when you try and get your hard earned cash back! There so quick to take it and have NO intention of giving you YOUR hard earned money back! Do I strongly and can't emphasize how strongly! If your reading this review and are thinking of dealing with ideal world DO NOT!!!itd ok till that probl happens then the thieves pick your pocket..Do be warned shoppers do not touch them and let's campaign to get them off air!! Blatant dishonesty thievery!! SHAME.SHAME.SHAME!!!well done trust pilot,ideal world been in touch! But yet again they want ME to get in touch with them via twitter,which I'm not on! Facebook which I'm not on and email them! And there's the nightmare yet again! Let the customer do all the chasing for THERE money back! They have my address,my account number and my telephone number ! Not even a courtesy call! There are now 22 members of family and friends that have used ideal world and who will pass this on will never shop with them again .so NO IDEAL WORLD!! YOU'S CALL ME! THATS A TELEPHONE INCASE YOU'S DONT KNOW!!! so shoppers be very,very,very aware!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!! 9 TIMES OUT TEN OK,THEN ITS A DISASTER..so unless they call me because I am sick to death of chasing my money when they should be on phone on there knees not just me as you'll see.i'll keep you folks up to date on this shambles,but don't hold your breath!! It's a call or nothing! But then again there call centres in India!!so shame on them again!twitter,Facebook,email ! No more emails! CALL!!! Hi folks me again! Ideal world emailed me yet again! This time saying they would send me out a prepaid envelope to fill in and return to them to get plants I ordered! Which I bought of a reputable company! NOT IDEAL WORLD!!do it's my cash back or nothing!! Yet again they have my account number,bank details and telephone number and yet they still hide behind emails sent from INDIA!!! I will keep you all posted on this debarcle! And I must thank the hundreds of you that have been in touch and awaiting outcome,some old ideal world customers and loads of you who were thinking of ordering with them for the first time!! Do not order from them till my mess is sorted and then think once, twice,three times!! And if I get no satisfaction I will post total negativity weekly till this resolved..so pleased so many of you are watching the progress,we are not consumers WE ARE PEOPLE!!

Bike arrived in a battered broken box. When I unpacked it the box totally fell apart. Started building the bike and halfway through I realised the battery charger was missing. I phoned up on an expensive costing call and a man took all the details only to be told that they would phone the suppliers when they open again on Monday. Time went by and I didn't hear anything so tried chasing. I eventually received an email saying they had tried to ring me but couldn't get me. No record of their call on my phone. I was given a ref number and order number and was told to phone the supplier quoting them. I did only to be told the numbers were of no use to them and I would have to email them with customer number and proof of order. As my contract was with ideal world I shouldn't have needed to sort it out myself so I said forget it the bike is useless and I will contact ideal world to return it as it was such a struggle to get the missing part. I was concerned that if just getting a battery holder was so difficult it would be a nightmare if it was to go wrong. I then used the online chat which took nearly an hour. I was then given a date the bike would be collected. I wasn't even given a choice of dates so I could arrange it around work, just told when it would be! Unfortunate as I actually really liked the bike. Now got to research all over again to find another bike.

Excellent service as always. I needed to return an item and cancel a repeat order. I was dealt with promptly and my request was sorted out immediately without question. I was given the option to record the return whilst I was on the phone so that postage cost would be refunded as as the cost of the product. Ideal world have always provided me with excellent customer service, great value products and easy interest free payment plans


Third update still no joy from ideal world now asking me to wait 10 days already been 1 month all you get is same email. Every time getting to the end of my tether now all i now want is a refund. which im now finding harx to do just same old rubbish they have the worst customer services i have ever had to deal with havent got a clue what they are doing

The machine was terrific but the packaging was soaking wet with detergent. Am still in negotiations with IWTV

My plants were 6 days in transit. When opened a lot of the leaves fell off. I have potted on hope for the best

My purchase was straight forward. .When Hermes delivered my item they did not put a receipt. through my door saying it had been delivered. I looked in my designated delivery place the following day and saw my item had been delivered. If you are to continue using Hermes please instruct them to follow up their delivery with a card stating the item has been delivered and put in your designated place. That's my only criticism..

The tracking number you sent fore the goods was not recognised by the post so could not track the time of delivery but the left it two doors down apart from that fine

One item was good the other items looked like it had been used before I tried contacting customer service but the email was rejected not good ?
